Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in producing high-quality written assessments and plans.
  • Ability to coordinate multi-agency planning effectively.
  • Experience working within youth services or similar environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of the Turnaround Programme within Youth Justice Service.
  • Conduct case-management including assessment and direct intervention.
  • Work in partnership with statutory and voluntary/community services.
