Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle licensing and renewals.
  • Maintain and update unit binders and inventory databases.
  • Support Truckers Time Entry system and ensure accurate records.
  • Oversee IFTA tax reporting and license renewals.
  • Coordinate Safety Fitness Certificate renewals.

Skills

Familiarity with fleet management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong administrative skills

Education

Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent)
