As a Financial Service Representative, your responsibilities include generating sales and managing overdue accounts by engaging directly with customers, helping them build credit through monthly payments.

What you will do:

• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Show compassion and empathy, understanding customer needs and matching them to suitable financial products.
• Educate and empower customers to improve their credit and achieve financial goals.
• Promote cross-sales and add-on products.
• Explain the terms and conditions of financial products clearly.
• Assess loan applications through financial analysis and risk evaluation.
• Manage collections activities for overdue accounts.
• Gather all necessary information accurately to process customer applications.

Who you are:

• An excellent communicator, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Compassionate, with integrity, caring deeply about customers.
• Some experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit).
