Base pay range
CA$140,000.00 / yr - CA$160,000.00 / yr

The hiring company is a well-established, large organization operating in the food industry. The Canadian business is currently a $20 millions sales revenue with 100 employee but looking for growth.

Description

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and oversee risk management processes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders and board meetings.

Profile

A successful Financial Director should have :

• A CPA designation or equivalent professional qualification in accounting or finance.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance with a Big4 background is an asset.

• Knowleged in IFRS
