A leading Canadian financial services organization in Ontario seeks a Financial Analyst for their Individual Finance department. This hybrid role requires delivering detailed financial reports and improving financial processes while ensuring compliance with regulations. Position Title: Financial Analyst, Individual Financial Reporting
Reports To: Director, Individual Finance
Department: Individual Finance Term: Permanent Full-Time
Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.

As a Financial Analyst, you\'ll play a key role in driving informed decision-making and ensuring regulatory compliance by delivering insightful financial reporting, implementing process improvements, and supporting technical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, enhance financial controls, and contribute to the evolution of accounting practices in alignment with IFRS and other regulatory standards.
