Title: Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance

Reports to: Financial Controller

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes. You’ll play a key part in financial reporting, analysis, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process corporate accounts payable transactions for payment
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries
• Submit monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reporting to HQ using reporting tools
• Conduct analytical reviews of month-end financial packages, providing variance analysis and key insights
• Analyze Balance Sheet accounts monthly, comparing against prior periods
• Submit monthly sales tax returns and follow up with tax authorities as needed
• Understand and monitor key business drivers
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations
• Support with ad hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role
• CPA Candidate preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with the full month-end cycle, financial reporting, and planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
• Ability to clearly present financial information to non-financial audiences
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
