Salary: $70,000 CAD per annum

Position Summary: This is a Junior Corporate Development support role with exposure to the full M&A lifecycle. The Analyst will primarily support top‑of‑funnel activities, execution, and internal processes while assisting senior team members on live deals.

What you will be doing

• Research and identify potential M&A targets
• Support outbound outreach and early conversations with targets
• Track prospects and manage workflows in Monday.com
• Support reporting, documentation, and internal coordination
• Assist with financial modeling and analysis (supporting role)
• Build presentations and materials, including board decks
• Provide general execution and coordination support across Corp Dev initiatives

You have

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Comfort working with data and building structured presentations
• Some prior exposure to finance (internship or junior role)
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment
• Finance background (IB, capital markets, corporate finance)
• Understanding of Corporate Development / M&A
• Experience with Monday.com or workflow tools
• Coding or technical experience (optional)
