  • Partner with the Commissions team, Sales leaders, and Revenue Operations to support the commission cycle and FY2026 plan design.
  • Provide cross‑functional partners with high quality ad‑hoc reporting and analytical insights that guide strategic and operational decisions, with a particular emphasis on leveraging AI and automation.
  • Support an ERP implementation.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows and enhance scalability.
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or operations.
  • SaaS industry experience is not required but is highly preferred.
  • Experience automating processes with AI or analytical tools is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to taking initiative.
  • High energy, adaptable, and has a willingness to take initiative.
