Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 2 years in property management or affordable housing finance.
• Strong knowledge of RGI housing programs and regulations in Ontario.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor KPIs to measure operational success.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, including forecasting revenue.
