About the Role

FoodHub Bermuda is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Leader to manage the company’s financial strategy, business intelligence, and data analytics. This senior role is critical in ensuring that FoodHub’s financial operations, reporting, and decision-making are accurate, insightful, and aligned with the organization’s growth and community-focused goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance, accounting, and data analysis, and thrives on transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights. This role is essential to driving both operational performance and long-term strategic direction across multiple restaurant brands and service models.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day finance (accounting, payroll, cash).
2. Analyze financial & marketing data to inform strategy.
3. Extract and interpret Business Intelligence insights.
4. Prepare performance reports and dashboards.
5. Develop budgets and forecasts aligned with goals.
6. Ensure financial and accounting accuracy.
7. Maintain compliance with laws and standards.
8. Collaborate with department heads on financial decisions.
9. Provide strategic analytics and scenario analysis.
10. Oversee relationships with auditors and banking partners.
11. Maintain internal controls and asset protection.
12. Lead finance team operations and development.
13. Any other duties as directed in support of the company’s leadership objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years in senior finance/accounting roles.
• Bachelor’s (CPA preferred) or equivalent by experience.
• Expertise in BI tools, financial modeling, Excel, AI analytics.
• Experience with accounting platforms (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).
