Our Field Service Technicians are responsible for supporting customers in the field or on-site with superior service and product expertise to maintain high standards that ensure repairs are completed promptly and with integrity.

Typical Daily Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound work behaviors supporting Toromont’s health and safety policies
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using testing equipment
• Maintain quality workmanship to repair material handling equipment within established time standards
• Prepare accurate service and repair reports promptly
• Maintain excellent communication and trusted customer relationships through regular on-site visits

Must-Haves for This Role

• A valid technician license applicable to provincial standards
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
