Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
  • Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory.
  • Must be able to perform physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs.
  • Participate as a member of the regional work team to improve processes.
  • Perform all administrative duties within established regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve customer and system problems timely using support processes.
  • Travel approximately 70% for site support.
