The Canada Strategy & Operations team at AWS Canada is seeking a driven, analytical, and dynamic Revenue Operations professional to lead Sales Operations for industries within Canada Enterprise. As a key business stakeholder partnering with sales leadership in our rapidly growing organization, you'll drive strategic initiatives that propel revenue growth—including pioneering AI agentic workflows to supercharge forecasting and sales enablement. This role supports the rhythm of business with Annual Planning Cycles, territory planning, forecasting, Monthly Business Reviews, and cadenced metrics reporting to predict trends and optimize outcomes. You'll dive deep into data using CRM tools and advanced analytics to empower sales teams, spotting risks early, recommending actions to hit quotas, and calculating commissions with precision. In a fast-paced environment of explosive growth, you'll lead cross-functional efforts with Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Partners, rolling up your sleeves to deliver predictable reporting and strategic recommendations that wow senior leaders.
Work hand-in-hand with sales managers to forecast attainment, align territories, and manage compensation, turning complex data into thrilling victories—potentially enhanced by experimental AI agents for sales accountability and pipeline optimization. The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D insurance), Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and other resources to improve health and well-being.
