Job Description:

You will manage 7 to 9 crews in the field, including scheduling, overseeing production, staffing, training, and ensuring weekly productivity goals. Key performance indicators include achieving an average of 40+ hours of weekly production per painter, maintaining customer review ratings of 98% or higher, and matching previous years' gross profit margins.

• Flexible hours starting as early as 7:30 am and ending around 5/6 pm, with some weekend work during peak seasons. This role requires working until the job is completed; it is not a typical 9 am to 5 pm job. If predictable hours are a priority, this role may not be suitable.

Job Experience Required:

• 5+ years managing multiple onsite crews in home building or improvement sectors.
• 2+ years of residential or commercial painter experience.
• Experience with online scheduling systems for job assignments.
• Ability to work in a demanding multitask environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Infusionsoft and Google Applications.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Salary & Compensation:

• Base salary of $50-60K with incentives to reach $65K+.
