A leading financial institution is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to act as a marketing consultant for advisors across Canada. You will facilitate tailored marketing strategies, deliver creative solutions, and educate teams on marketing tools. With a strong background in digital marketing and project management, you will represent the marketing team at branch visits nationwide. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven and possesses excellent communication skills. This role includes travel and offers a dynamic, rewarding work environment.
As a Field Marketing Manager with the RBC Wealth Management Canada Marketing team, you will serve as a trusted marketing consultant and relationship manager for advisors across Canada. You’ll help them grow their businesses by crafting tailored marketing strategies, providing expert recommendations, and managing the delivery of high-quality creative assets through our in-house creative studio.
A core part of this role includes travelling to branch locations nationwide as a subject-matter expert, helping educate advisors and managers on the marketing tools, digital platforms, and creative solutions available to them, while uncovering opportunities to innovate and build new resources.
We’re looking for a relationship-driven communicator and creative problem solver who can connect with advisors, understand their needs and translate ideas into meaningful marketing solutions. You should have strong project management skills, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to navigate constraints while still generating fresh, effective ideas.
