What you will do:
- Evaluate options for social media platforms and management tools, helping us select and maintain the best ones for Owl.co
- Lead strategy, planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of Owl.co’s social media channels
- Develop engaging online content including videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success
- Drive relevant traffic and leads from social media content
- Stay updated on information from Owl.co, craft consistent stories, and distribute across multiple channels
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement new technologies in campaigns and update current campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to position Owl effectively and support hiring metrics
What experience do you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented agency, creative team, or in-house team
- Experience in developing and managing digital marketing content
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven digital content writing skills
- Experience presenting previous marketing campaigns and communications is an asset
- Photography skills are considered an asset
- Demonstrated brand management experience
