What you will do:

  1. Evaluate options for social media platforms and management tools, helping us select and maintain the best ones for Owl.co
  2. Lead strategy, planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of Owl.co’s social media channels
  3. Develop engaging online content including videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success
  4. Drive relevant traffic and leads from social media content
  5. Stay updated on information from Owl.co, craft consistent stories, and distribute across multiple channels
  6. Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement new technologies in campaigns and update current campaigns accordingly
  7. Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to position Owl effectively and support hiring metrics

What experience do you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented agency, creative team, or in-house team
  • Experience in developing and managing digital marketing content
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven digital content writing skills
  • Experience presenting previous marketing campaigns and communications is an asset
  • Photography skills are considered an asset
  • Demonstrated brand management experience
