A fast-growing automotive technology company is seeking driven and experienced Field Account Executives to expand its footprint across Canada. With a platform designed to transform dealership lead management, the company has established momentum and is now scaling its reach with additional sales talent in key regions. The solution sets a new standard in dealership engagement by ensuring every online lead is connected to a real person in real time, backed by a business development center (BDC) that prevents leads from falling through the cracks. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business : Hunt and close net-new dealer rooftops and dealer groups, focusing on building a strong base of new logos.
  • Territory Growth : Build relationships with dealer executives, developing greenfield territories and ensuring consistent pipeline generation.
  • Upsell Opportunities : Maintain connections within dealer groups post-close to identify and execute upsell opportunities.
  • Sales Execution : Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (approx. 30 days) and hand off closed business to Customer Success for onboarding.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven track record selling into automotive dealerships, ideally with strong connections at the dealer or group level.
  • Self-starter comfortable in a pure hunting role with significant in-field travel (~50%).
  • Strong relationship-builder with executives and OEM partners; collaborative and team-oriented.
  • Experience driving new logo acquisition and developing greenfield territories.
  • Motivated, ambitious, and able to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary : CAD $90,000 - $120,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) : ~CAD $200,000+ (with upside $220,000+ once fully ramped)
  • Vacation & Benefits : 3 weeks vacation plus a comprehensive benefits package
