A global feminist organization is seeking a Feminist Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Consultant to design and implement a fMEL plan for a multi-year project. AWID is seeking the services of a consultant to support the AFM Secretariat to develop, implement and support a feminist Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (fMEL) plan for a multi-year project funded by a bilateral donor. The work includes designing the fMEL plan for the project, including a baseline assessment, and carrying out accompaniment and evaluation activities for and with the AFM Secretariat through the end of March 2029.
