Overview

We are working with a leading Accountancy firm who are looking to hire an FCA & CASS Audit Manager to join their Watford office. This role will be key in managing a portfolio of regulated financial service firms and statutory audit clients, while also supporting the firm’s growth through strong client service and business development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of regulated financial service firms and statutory audit clients.
  • Support firm growth through high-quality client service and business development.
Qualifications
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 2 years’ PQE in audit within a UK accountancy firm.
  • FCA Client Asset (CASS) specialist knowledge and statutory audit experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • IT competence, ideally with Caseware.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with clients.
  • Strong ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proactive and flexible approach, with strong leadership and team management skills.
