Duties:

• Oversee and manage legal issues that transpire between people that are members of the same family.
• Supervise and direct mediation sessions, and offer legal advice.
• Respond to client urgent needs.
• Oversee family estates and wills.
• Attend trials and court proceedings.
• Regularly update clients about their cases.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Family Law Experience.
• Fluency in French and English both is mandatory for this role
• Must have a client-oriented approach to the practice of law, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
