Job Overview
As a Guest Services Agent Overnight with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include welcoming and checking in/out guests, handling phone calls and messages, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate float balances and front desk supplies.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, check-in and check-out guests promptly and pleasantly.
- Promptly and pleasantly handle phone calls and guest messages.
- Efficiently handle all guest queries and requests.
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Maintain company issued float and ensure accurate balance postings for each shift.
- Ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- Related work experience in hospitality/Front office asset.
- Customer service experience required.
- Previous Property Manager experience preferred.
- Microsoft applications experience required.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
