Joining our team as a Factory Technical & Operator Trainer means stepping into a role that blends hands‑on expertise with innovative learning delivery. Reporting to the Training Supervisor, you will contribute to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for Komatsu's Underground Hard Rock mining products. In this role, you will empower our global service teams, dealers, and customers to achieve safe, efficient, and high‑performing equipment operation and maintenance. You’ll lead engaging learning experiences—whether delivered virtually, in our factory learning spaces, onsite with customers or dealers, or using advanced equipment simulators. Whether your background is more technical or operator‑focused, you’ll be at the forefront of advancing product knowledge, supporting global capability growth, and shaping the next generation of equipment expertise across our network.
Compensation Range
At Komatsu, base pay is just one part of a comprehensive total compensation package designed to support and reward our employees. For this role, the annual base compensation range is $88,358.40 to $110,000.00 CAD. The final offer will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and the position location.
