Job summary

A municipal city is seeking a dedicated individual for yard and building maintenance. In this role, you will conduct site cleanups, perform interior and exterior maintenance tasks, and handle deliveries. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills in English, be customer service-oriented, and maintain a valid Class “G” Ontario Drivers Licence. This position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision and engage effectively in a team environment. Accommodations are available upon request.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Class “G” Ontario Drivers Licence.
• Must be able to perform general labor duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general site cleanup including sweeping and raking.
• Perform exterior building maintenance such as minor painting and window cleaning.
• Perform interior building maintenance including garbage removal and mopping.
• Handle deliveries and pick-ups.
