A renowned ski resort in British Columbia seeks a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive F&B experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • Food Safe Level 1 (minimum); Food Safe Level 2 preferred.
  • Serving it Right certification and First Aid certification are required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the daily point of contact for outlet supervisors and teams.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and address staffing needs.
  • Maintain strong leadership presence during peak service times.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of seasonal staff.
  • Coach team members and assist with scheduling.
