Manitoba Health Services is seeking an Executive Director – Business Services who will lead the integration of health services across Manitoba. This role requires 15 years of experience in business transformation and strategic planning, including senior management roles. The successful candidate will oversee service management practices and collaborate with business leaders. Candidates should have a relevant post-secondary degree and strong leadership capabilities. This position also requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check.
Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient‑centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province‑wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
