• 10 years’ experience in the hospitality/food service industry.
• 10 years’ experience as a Chef in hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
• Competency in international and domestic cuisines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high quality rotational menus.
• Supervise kitchen staff’s productivity and compliance.
• Lead training and mentoring of kitchen employees.
