Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Assist senior staff (C-suite executives, directors, and other leaders) with calendar management, meeting and presentation preparation, correspondence, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents, files, records, and contact information with discretion.
  • Organize board meetings, including preparing and distributing relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate business and personal events as required.
  • Provide general administrative support across various functions.
  • Support administrative staff as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully complete a criminal and credit check.
  • A track record of building positive relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in an Executive Assistant role is required.

Skills:

  • Confident, poised, and professional.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Energetic and positive demeanour, takes pride in getting the job done.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills.

Base Salary:$25.00-$28.00+ per hour depending on assignment

  • Temporary employees are payrolled weekly via direct deposit.

Work Hours: Work hours will vary depending on the assignment details and employers’ needs. This information will be confirmed at the time of your interview or offering of assignment(s).

  • Day shifts
  • Monday – Friday
  • Up to 40 hours per week
    • Part time opportunities available – 1-3 days per week

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
