We are seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership team in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a resilient, adaptable professional who thrives under pressure and can manage a diverse range of personal and executive-level responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendar, email, communications, and high-impact meetings, ensuring alignment with priorities and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, advisors, vendors, and industry partners, supporting collaboration and performance
  • Lead culture initiatives, recognition programs, and key organizational communications
  • Plan and coordinate executive travel, budgets, and expense management
  • Develop and oversee onboarding, training, and compliance programs for employees and vendors
  • Facilitate executive introductions, one-on-one meetings, and support management team presentations and reporting
  • Plan and execute external events, conferences, public engagements, and vendor / advisor communications
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in executive assistance, administrative, or business operations roles
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure, or entrepreneurial environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail, proactive approach, and strong follow-through
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills

  • Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure
