Day in the Life

Based in your SSC hub, in the hybrid workplace program (minimum 4 days in office per week), you are the connector between senior leadership and departmental team needs. As a Principal scheduler, timekeeper, planner, and coordinator to up to two members of the lululemon Executive Team, the Executive Assistant plays a vital role in the success of their departments.

Tasks in this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Display great business acumen and maturity in role.
  • Daily collaboration and communications with the EA team.
  • Coordinate Executive’s calendar and contacts and, according to allowed authority, manage Executives email; prioritize time-sensitive emails and email file management.
  • Coordinate and send meeting invitations and agendas to attendees, book meeting rooms and arrange for tech resources and refreshments to support efficient meeting facilitation.
  • Establish work priorities and direct the assignment of work to various department staff according to scope of allowed authority.
  • Act as a communications liaison with the Department and dept EA Team as required.
  • Prepare briefing notes and minutes of meetings, as required.
  • Provide Executives with documentation needed for meetings and correspondence with the business.
  • Delegate and follow up on action items that fall within the realm of responsibility.
  • Maintain confidential information for the business, team, and leadership and ensure information is handled appropriately.
  • Coordinate C-Suite level travel, complex multi-leg travel, often requiring continuous changes and rescheduling, in conjunction with a team of Executive Assistants and according to the most Senior Executive travel plan.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely financial management including: Executive expenses, raising purchase orders, paying invoices in accordance with payment terms, approval of department expenses, including the review of employee expense claims for accuracy and adherence to policy on behalf of Executive.
  • Operate with an ‘Executive partnership’ mindset and drive proactive business planning.
  • Support space planning needs for department growth.
  • Lead Special Projects as assigned by Executive.
  • In partnership with P&C, own and oversee onboarding of incoming Senior Executives and new members of their Leadership Team.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years’ experience or equivalent in an administrative and/or executive support level capacity with increasing responsibilities.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise tact, sound judgment and prioritization.
  • Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
  • Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with a publicly traded company.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $63,900-$83,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
