A highly respected and well-established private equity real estate company is in search of an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. This is a high‑trust, high‑impact role within a fully integrated real estate investment firm spanning acquisitions, development, asset & property management, across a diverse portfolio of assets.

This opportunity suits an Executive Assistant who thrives in fast‑moving environments, adept at managing a complex travel calendar with ease, and is highly comfortable handling real‑estate legal documentation with discretion and precision.

In this role, you will act as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations while anticipating needs and staying several steps ahead.

  • Manage an intensive, multi‑time‑zone travel schedule with the ability to pivot to last‑minute changes
  • OverseeMedicine dynamic calendar, prioritizing meetings across investments, lenders, partners, and internal teams
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate real‑estate legal documents (LOIs, NDAs, purchase and sale agreements, financing docs, leases, etc.)
  • Liaise with legal counsel, investors, lenders, and senior executives
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Support board, investor, and senior leadership meetings (materials, follow‑ups, action items)
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper while maintaining strong external relationships
