Executive Assistant (Entry-Level)

Greater Toronto Area | Hybrid / On-Site | Full-time or Part-time (at least 3 days per week)

We’re a well-established yet growing company of 20 employees, working together to deliver impact with agility and teamwork. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide vital support primarily to our President and Vice President. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their career, learn directly from senior leadership, and play a meaningful role in the success of our company.

The Role

As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to develop their organizational and project skills. While the core of the role is administrative support, you’ll also have the opportunity to assist on projects that shape our business.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the President and VP (scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, correspondence).
  • Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Support internal communications and help organize company meetings/events.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives across different departments.
  • Maintain organized systems for documentation, records, and office coordination.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of administrative or office experience (co-op, internship, or full-time).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office / Teams (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A proactive, professional attitude with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow into greater responsibilities.
