  • Compile data to prepare documents.
  • Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports for presentation to executive committees.
  • Supervise staff.
  • Train staff.
  • Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda and reports.
  • Prepare and coordinate the submission of summary briefs.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings.
  • Conduct research.
  • Meet with individuals and special interest groups to discuss issues.
  • Liaise with departmental and corporate officials.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Arrange travel and make reservations.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, and financial statements.
  • Manage events.
  • Type and proofread correspondence and documents.
