Overview

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. In this role, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can anticipate the needs of busy executives. You will play a key role in helping our leadership team stay focused and efficient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and reporting as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
  • Ensure executives are prepared for meetings with all necessary materials and background information.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management or scheduling software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High degree of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive business and personal information.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
