About the Role
We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to support and execute PheedLoop’s growing event programs — including our trade show presence, customer-focused events, and internal virtual experiences.
In this role, you'll be hands-on with planning, coordinating, and executing events that showcase PheedLoop’s brand and product. You’ll work cross-functionally with our marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure every event is engaging, on-brand, and impactful.
This is a great role for someone who loves being organized, has a knack for logistics, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You don’t need to know everything about event tech — just be curious, eager to learn, and ready to dive in.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of PheedLoop’s trade show, webinar, and virtual event programs
- Coordinate logistics for in-person events (shipping, setup, booth materials, scheduling)
- Help organize and host internal events like customer meetups, office tours, and demos
- Manage event-related tasks including scheduling, vendor coordination, and onsite support
- Collaborate with marketing to help build promotional materials (emails, landing pages, signage)
- Assist in capturing and tracking event engagement, leads, and follow-up actions
- Help maintain event calendars, checklists, and budgets to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Contribute to post-event reporting and feedback collection to continuously improve events
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, or related field
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams
- Experience using event platforms or marketing tools (HubSpot, Webflow, Canva) is a plus
- Willing to travel occasionally for events and trade shows (up to 15–25%)
- Limited weekend and off hour support work
- Bonus: Interest in the events industry and a desire to grow into an event marketing or management role
