A leading automotive service provider in Kitchener seeks an Estimator to create vehicle damage estimates and coordinate repairs. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in estimating within a collision repair environment, a High School Diploma, and familiarity with Mitchell and Qapter software. The position offers a salary between $55,600 to $85,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment focused on career advancement.
The Estimator’s primary responsibility is creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication. Also, estimators inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles, documents and parts needed for repairs. The Estimator works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs.
