We are currently seeking a Quantity Estimator to join our fast-growing team in Toronto. As a member of our team, you will work in a dynamic environment that fosters growth with every project. This position reports to the Senior Project Estimator.

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and driven Estimator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our development and construction groups on a range of project types — from lump-sum and design-build to construction management. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Analyze architectural, structural, civil, and landscaping plans to determine scope and quantities
  • Review conceptual/preliminary drawings and prepare well-founded budgets
  • Contribute value-engineering insights and propose cost-effectiveli>
  • Manage multiple estimates, tasks, and deadlines with clarity and precision
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Bluebeam, Excel, and our internal systems
  • Lead the preparation and distribution of tender packages, review bids, and complete thorough analyses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
  • Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure complete project alignment
What You Bring to the Table
  • A diploma or degree in Construction Engineering Technology (or a related field)
  • 3+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor in the ICI and/or high-rise residential space
  • Familiarity with the GTA construction landscape
  • Strong preference for design-build project experience
  • A detail-focused mindset and analytical approach
  • Solid communication and organizational skills
  • Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and tendering platforms
  • A reliable way to travel to office or site meetings when required
