A leading transport solutions provider seeks a full-time ESG Director for the Americas in Saint-Bruno (QC). In this role, you will embed corporate social responsibility and sustainability into regional strategies and collaborate with various teams to advance sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, have 5–10 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in both English and French. Take on a new challenge and apply your sustainability and governance expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in embedding CSR and sustainability into regional strategy, risk management, and performance monitoring. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., EHS, Procurement, Innovation, Finance, HR), engage with external stakeholders such as customers and government representatives, and drive impactful initiatives that align with Alstom’s global sustainability goals.
You’ll specifically take care of aligning regional sustainability priorities with group strategies and overseeing local action plans, but also engage in stakeholder collaboration and manage reporting processes to drive awareness and progress.
