What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with the OCM team to coordinate change and business readiness activities, identifying change impacts and collaborator knowledge for Asset and Work Management
  • Assess and classify workstream-specific change impacts related to the ERP Program
  • Develop and lead communication and engagement campaigns, delivering partner communications and training materials
  • Conduct business readiness assessments to determine deployment readiness and track adoption
  • Serve as a main contact for Subject Matter Experts, providing support during stabilization and warranty periods
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in a related position, along with a bachelor's degree or professional designation in Business, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Communications, or Education
  • Strong understanding of work management processes and systems, preferably with experience in change initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage partners and complete change management activities with strong digital literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
  • Experience leading meetings to collect partner information and synthesize change plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of Operations and familiarity with Maximo or Oracle Cloud
  • PROSCI, PMP, or Adult Education certifications
  • Experience on large transformation projects
