Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and conduct training sessions for housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Complete monthly Compass Quality Assurance Program summary.
• Conduct weekly quality assurance audits.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety programs.
• Recruit and manage housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Participate in budgeting and financial management.
• Act as liaison with Environmental Public Health Officer.
