A union label supplemental benefits provider is seeking motivated individuals to work remotely in member engagement. You'll manage calls and presentations, helping individuals understand their benefits. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and a customer service background. As part of our team, you’ll work directly with union members who havepersonally requested information about their benefits.This is not cold calling or door-to-door sales — it’s about having meaningful conversations with people who value what we provide. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Managing inbound and outbound calls to connect with members
Scheduling and leading virtual presentations to review benefits
Explaining coverage options and guiding families through their choices
Processing paperwork accurately and efficiently
Maintaining quality standards to ensure client satisfaction
Developing leadership skills and preparing for advanced career opportunities
We’re looking for individuals who are motivated to grow and bring strong interpersonal skills to the table. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
A professional, positive, and energetic attitude
The ability to work well with individuals and groups alike
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferred, but not required)
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. or Canada
