• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service.
• Identify and meet customer’s financial needs to process loan applications.
• Collect on delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt.
• Convey information through in person, telephone, and email communications.
• Aide in loan sales, cheque cashing, and in-store promotions.
• Handle and balance daily cash and debit transactions.
• Perform all daily operations of the store.
