Qualifications

• Master's Degree and 5+ years of experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Microsoft, security, or general IT certifications are considered valuable assets.
• Previous people leadership experience is considered an asset.
• Proficient in developing technical requirements for complex systems and integrations.
• Broad understanding of information security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for Entra ID and the Microsoft Entra suite.
• Develop and continuously improve standards and methods for compliance.
• Work with operational partners to ensure supportability of new features.
• Provide technical advice to stakeholders effectively.
• Lead workshops, presentations, and team training.
