At Molson Coors, the Engineering & Maintenance Manager leads maintenance engineering teams in our Fraser Valley Brewery, driving performance, safety, and asset reliability to meet World Class Operations Standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage a high‑skill workforce to deliver business goals.
• Manage company assets to deliver high‑quality products and ensure a safe, productive work environment.
• Improve or maintain assets to deliver high‑quality, low‑cost goods safely for all employees.
• Deliver initiatives to reduce business‑unit costs, improve quality, and ensure a safe work environment exists for everyone.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and EHS mandatory requirements.
• Coach and communicate with the team, recognize right behaviors and outputs, and build effective partnerships across the brewery and supply chain network.
• Drive talent planning and performance‑management practices through one‑on‑ones, team performance discussions, and development of the team and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of leadership/managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Corporate engineering experience with multiple‑plant support preferred.
• Proven track record of achievement in a high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, sustainability, and asset reliability.
• Advanced degree in Business Management, Project Management, or Engineering is a plus.
