The Engineer in Training (EIT) is responsible for supporting asphalt plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. This role ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, and assisting with capital projects. The position requires strong organizational and technical skills to support operational teams, maintain budget targets, and drive continuous improvement through KPI management. Collaboration with Superintendents, Foremen, and other departments is essential to achieve production goals aligned with company objectives.
