Job summary

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a recognized Physician Assistant Program.
  • Registered with the CPSO and current BCLS Certification.
  • Clinical placements in in-patient medicine are an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage patients under supervising physician's guidance.
  • Perform procedures like casting and suturing.
  • Liaison with mental health care as it relates to patient care.
  • Consult with other services and arrange specialist opinion.

Bilingualism (Advanced English/French)

Education

Graduate of the McMaster or Consortium Physician Assistant Program
Registered with the CPSO
