Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven professional to join our team in the role of Electrical & Control Tech’n/Technologist.
Reporting to the Trades Management Supervisor – Maintenance, this position is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, testing, troubleshooting, servicing, maintaining, calibrating, and overhauling a variety of electrical, electronic, and control equipment. Duties include electrical drafting, installation, and fabrication of electrical/control systems, contract coordination, and preparation of quality control procedures. Maintain up-to-date expertise in relevant systems and software and ensure proper documentation of all work.
*Relevant Field of Education includes Instrumentation Tech/Technologist; Electrical Tech/Technologist; Electronics Tech/Technologist; Electromechanical Engineering Technology
