Manager Sales Support

Your Role: Own the Challenge

  • Suggest products and compare competitors' offerings to external sales, distributors, and contractors/users.
  • Provide technical support (level 1).
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to review and utilize SPA's (Special Pricing Agreements).
  • Prepare bids and assist with pricing within mandated timeframes.
  • Provide customer and market information to the sales and marketing groups.
  • Work with customer service for order resolution.
  • Assist and support team members.

What it takes to run what runs the world

  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Experience working in a B2B company.
  • Strong sales and customer orientation.
  • Comfortable using multiple computer systems.
  • Excellent communication, file management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Motivated to learn.
  • Ability to follow procedures, suggest improvements, and recognize escalation needs.
