Compensation

Competitive compensation package, consisting of a base salary between $40,000 – $45,000 (commensurate upon experience) + commission wherein you can double your base. First year annual earnings range between $60,000 – $80,000 and grow in subsequent years as you perfect your craft.

Position Description
  • This position reports to the Admissions Director at the Career College
  • Handling lead calls / inquiries
  • Establish and maintain relationships with various community members that will benefit in active promotion of the college programs
  • Actively participate in Social Media
  • Conduct tours for all clients that show up for interviews
  • Participate in College events, Job fairs, trade shows, open houses and other outreach activities related to student recruitment
  • Produce reports & marketing input
  • Booking appointments and consulting with potential candidates for the college
  • Recommending qualified candidates into suitable programs
  • Enrolment / packaging recommended students and follow up
  • Research and determine if participation in outreach events will benefit increment of student enrolments
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience
  • Past or present Education experience is required
