Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive industry as an industrial electrician.
  • Knowledge of relay, PC, and PLC logic.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot equipment problems both electrically and mechanically.
  • Conduct daily safety checks and complete assigned safety work orders.

Job description

Our client has an immediate opportunity for a Electrician to join their team.

Wage: $35-38/hr

Shift: Rotating 8’s or steady Nights available

Qualifications:
  1. Licensed Electrician or equivalent electrical engineering certificate
  2. Completion of an industrial electrician apprenticeship program or equivalent
  3. Minimum 3 year’s experience in the automotive industry as an industrial electrician
  4. Knowledge of electric circuitry of relay, PC and PLC logic
  5. Good communication skills and must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English
Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot equipment problems (Electrically, Mechanically)
  2. Daily check for any Safety issues and countermeasures
  3. Complete assigned Safety work orders
  4. Responsible for equipment in their assigned areas and other areas as directed
  5. Fill out Trouble Reports for extended downtime
  6. Accurately fill out daily reports
  7. Inspect your areas for problems and equipment items
  8. Evaluating problems, provide and implement countermeasures
  9. Completion of Work orders and Preventative Maintenance tasks
  10. Implement improvements and countermeasures
