A prominent support organization in Toronto is seeking a Support Worker 1 to enhance the capacity of individuals within the community. Responsibilities include monitoring personal outcomes, providing care, and supporting life skills training. The ideal candidate will have a high-school diploma and relevant healthcare knowledge. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and requires dedication to the community development of individuals with disabilities.
